WE ARE EBROACERO
EBROACERO, S.A. was founded in 1963 and since then it has focused its activity on the manufacturing of steel and alloyed steel castings for all types of industrial applications.
We have advanced means of production and control and a highly qualified technical team, whose training is constantly updated, to meet the demands of our customers.
What do we do?
SERVICES
Technical Office
In this section we collaborate with our customers in the design of castings.
Fusion
With two electric arc furnaces, basic process and magneto-hydraulic regulation, with inert gas injection for melting parts.
Machining
The necessary machinery has been provided with enough capacity to machine all the manufactured parts.
Quality Control
We meet the non-destructive testing (NDT) requirements of the products, intervening in all the stages of the manufacturing process.
Molding
Preparation of sand and resin mixtures for the manufacture of molds and cores.
Heat Treatments
We have the necessary facilities to carry out the heat treatments required for each type of Steel that we manufacture.
Laboratories
To guarantee the quality requirements of the products, materials used and their characteristics.
Shot blasting
We have the necessary facilities to clean/blast the surfaces of steel castings up to 14000kg.
