PARTS MACHINING COMPANY
The CNC machining is a high-tech automated process that allows us to manufacture parts with a high dimensional accuracy exceptional, total repeatability and complex geometries. This service is the most effective solution to guarantee an exact finish, totally aligned with the drawings and tolerances required for each project.
At Ebroacero, we are experts in the CNC machining of steel parts, including large industrial components that demand maximum stability, power and precision. Thanks to our comprehensive foundry expertise, we optimize every stage of the process: from design and casting to final machining, ensuring total technical consistency.
CNC MACHINING CENTER
Our CNC machining center is equipped with:
- CNC vertical lathes able to work pieces up to 8500 mm. maximum diameter x 2600 mm. height.
- CNC boring machines with travel distances of up to:
- X= 18000 mm
- Y= 4000mm
- Z= 800mm
which allows us to take on large-scale projects.
- Carver with programmable automaton for gears up to 7060 mm. maximum diameter, module 50 and height 2200 mm.
