We don't just manufacture; we advise. Our engineers analyze each project to define the best geometry and steel alloy, ensuring design feasibility and reduced production costs.
We take care of the entire process: technical design, fusion simulation, manufacturing and quality control, ensuring that each part meets exactly the specifications required by the customer.
Technical office
This section is available to collaborate with our customers in the design of the castings. Proper design facilitates the application of the most modern fusion techniques to obtain the quality required in the specifications.
When a customer entrusts us with the manufacture of a part, our engineers, with extensive experience, carry out the sizing calculations, the location of feeders and casting systems. They study the best conception of the model, prepare the drawings for its construction and define the most suitable molding process for each type of part, indicating important aspects to be considered such as melting speed and temperature, mold areas to be protected, etc.
Technology
The technological commitment made by this section is materialized in a sophisticated fusion simulation system which allows us to analyze material behavior prior to production. This helps us to optimize our metal parts manufacturing processes, reduce incidents and ensure compliance with all requirements.
In addition, an existing technology support agreement with one of Europe's leading materials research centers provides access to highly qualified external consultants.
Different design programs are used, and the transmission of documents can be done electronically.
CUSTOM-MADE STEEL PARTS
We approach each project on a 100% customized basis and with a rigorous technical focus. Our engineering team performs sizing calculations, defines the location of sprues and casting systems, and determines the most suitable molding process for each part.
We manufacture custom steel parts and custom steel parts for industrial applications requiring precision and reliability. We thoroughly study the design of the model, paying special attention to key factors such as temperature and melting speed or the protection of critical areas.
The result is components that are rugged, durable and designed for maximum performance in even the most demanding environments.
